Warranty
Michael Anderson Offers different level of warranties for our clients:
Small Interior Renovations: (framing, flooring, drywall, painting, cabinetry, tiles, doors and finish carpentry). Warranty: 3 years for parts and labor.
Small Exterior Renovations: (decks, doors, windows, stairs, painting, siding and fences). Warranty: 2years for parts and Labor.
Plumbing Electrical and Gas: (Installation warranty is covered by our plumbing electrical and gasfitter team).
Fixtures: All coverage as per manufacturer/vendor warranties.
